Psychiatrist (Full-time & Part-time) Fenway Health – Boston, MA

In keeping with Fenway Health’s commitment to care for the whole person, behavioral health is a fundamental part of our primary care model. We offer individual, group, couple, and family therapy; psychiatric consultation; and addiction services. We are seeking a talented Psychiatrist to serve as member of multidisciplinary team providing services to an adult, primarily LGBTQ, outpatient population.

Typical duties include performing psychiatric evaluation and direct psychopharmacological services.
Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered for this position.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Completion of an approved ACGME residency in Psychiatry
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry or Neurology
  • Experience with, or interest in, the LGBTQ community, HIV, trauma, and substance abuse
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
  • Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/ English and women encouraged to apply

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Fenway Health – Boston, MA

We offer individual, group, couple, and family therapy; psychiatric care; and addiction services. We’re seeking a talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to serve as member of multidisciplinary team providing services to an adult outpatient population with a strong focus on LGBTQ clients. We ae looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to providing direct care in a community health center setting.

Typical duties include performing psychiatric evaluation and direct psychopharmacological services.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate degree from a certified Psychiatric NP program is required
  • Current Massachusetts license is required
  • Will only consider applicants with at least 3 years of outpatient experience
  • Experience with, or strong interest in, the LGBTQ community, HIV, trauma, and substance abuse
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
  • Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/ English and women encouraged to apply
